Examination Title Joint Specialty Fellowship Examination in General Surgery (Singapore) Date 3 June 2026 (Wednesday) and 21 - 22 August 2026 (Friday and Saturday) Open application date 16 March 2026 (Monday) Close application date 15 April 2026 (Wednesday) Examination Fee The examination fee for Section I (SBA Exam) in Hong Kong is HK$5,000, and it is applicable to candidates from both Hong Kong and Mainland China. Payment must be made in full by cheque made payable to "The College of Surgeons of Hong Kong Limited."
The fee for Section II (Viva & Clinical Exam): JCST will advise the exam fee for all eligible applicants after the Section I (SBA Exam) results is released.Remarks 1) Late applications or incomplete applications (including insufficient postage) for admission will not be considered. No allowance will be made for postal or other delays.
2) A processing fee will be charged for any unsuccessful application, including incomplete application. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria, and to make sure all required documentation and fee are submitted by the required date.
