CSHK 30th Anniversary Artwork Collection

“30 Years of Surgical Excellence”

In the auspicious occasion of the 30th Anniversary of the College, we would like to solicit your kind help to build up an archive of photos or surgical drawings with great historical values. You are cordially invited to join our CSHK 30th Anniversary Artwork Collection and send your photos or drawing to the Secretariat with the theme “30 Years of Surgical Excellence”.  Please find the details in below for information.

Theme: 30 Years of Surgical Excellence

Format: Photo or surgical drawing in digital format  (TIFF/PNG)

Resolution: 350 dpi or above

Copyright & Privacy:
i. The copyright of the entries belongs to the participants but CSHK will have the right to display the submission in all activities and/or print them in all publications of the College.

ii. Participant should also obtain consent from any individuals appearing in the photo, if applicable, for the possible uses abovementioned.

iii. Participant is solely responsible for privacy issues if the submission involves place and/or person whose privacy might have been involved in the photograph. The organizing committee recommends that written approval should be obtained if the photograph would involve such issues.

Remarks: Submission must be captioned with a title and brief description.

Artwork collected will be reviewed by the Task Force and selected artwork will be displayed in the special edition of the College Newsletter – Cutting Edge, College website and other publicity events, if applicable, in this celebratory year.
